Introduction

The purpose of this video is to instruct our customers on the proper method of disassembly, rebuild, and reassembly for the Murzan PC pump for sanitation and maintenance activities. The PC pump is a very simple piece of equipment to assemble and rebuild, but there are a few tips that will make this process easier. This video will also describe the contents of the P-1 Critical Rebuild kit and how they are used. We at Murzan thank you for your continued business and use of our products.

Preface

Please note; the rest of this video assumes that the PC pump is empty and has been relocated to an area for cleaning or maintenance. Please ensure that the pump has been removed from service prior to proceeding through this video.

Most routine maintenance activities can be covered using our P-1 CR Kit. Please note that all Murzan products feature a patented, non-lubricated air valve. Please do not use lubrication when rebuilding this pump.
